How to be admin ?

1.Age AT LEAST 16-17 years.

2.To have experience with Counter Strike Source

3.To have free time and to control the servers minimum 4-5 hours a day.

4.To behave good.

5.To be able to work in a team with the other admins.

If you need an admin, I am ready to become one if possible, zombie server.
Speaks Russian language and not much know Bulgarian language, I think the problems will not. I had a test server and so for me it is not so difficult, and the time I have enough.
